We're really moving now. I've launched the second site in two weeks for Tom & Dan Productions. OGPicture.com (Short for OnGoing Picture) is a site where you can add onto ongoing pictures. It forms a mural that expands as more images are added to it.

It also allows you to moderate your own pictures and murals controlling which images are added onto your ongoing picture. So you can specify rules such as 'only aquatic animals' or 'only cartoonish type images' and be able to remove images that do not fit into your rules.
