None of you can seem to look at the bigger picture of this. I am a 31 year old male who knows this all to well, being a person on both ends of this story. I was once the eight year old boy having sex with an adult male. At the time I thought it was great and the right thing to do, but after it would came out and I was forced to go to consoling and go through the legal part. I was then taught to believed I was a victim of a bad monster, a child molester. My parents, police, teachers, DA and consoler didn’t care what I thought or felt, I was just a messed up little kid. It would take years for me to figure out the truth of it, to figure out my own feelings. And it’s simply this, back then I made a choice in a country that’s suppose to be free, suppose to let people make choises. But since I was under a certain age that some people thing made me not able to make my own decision a man was sent to prison. People conveniently forget the decoration of independents, It states that all people are created equal and like history learned that means ALL. No matter what color, race, sex or what age you are. People seem to think children are stupid, believe me they are not. Everyone does stupid things. But I now know I not only like what happened when I was a kid but also made a lot of it happen, even encouraged some of it. Responding to "Rogue" I know of a Redwood City, CA woman who was asked by a friend of hers to introduce the friend's 13 y.o. boy to sex. Apparently the two women were close friends. The woman agreed to do so and over the next couple of years she and the boy had sex frequently. Their "arrangement" fell apart, however, when the mother got jealous! The mother told a social worker (a mandated reporter) and the next thing you know their whole world was turned upside down. The last I read of it, the two women were prison-bound and the boy was in foster care.

It's not called Rape when a woman has sex with a teenager or a younger male because in order to have sex, the male partner has to have an erection. In the case of a Man having sex with a young girl, the girl does not need an erection, so it is a Rape. However if a boy has a long-enough erection to have intercourse with a woman, then it would not be rape, in my opinion. What if a 13 yr old male has sex with a 12 yr old female. Is that rape ? Nope, that's underage sex. And since the boy was also underage, oh well, nobody gets prosecuted. I am a 29 yr old male, and vividly remember having 5-10 minute erections when I was 7 or 8. It's not uncommon. Also, in other countries, for example africa, people age at double the rate in western countries. A friend of mine took some photos from Ethiopian tribal girls. I would guess a girls' age is 18 while he would say no it was only 9. Or I guessed a man to be at around 80 yrs old while he was around 40. Now in western countries boys and girls don't grow up as fast as in africa, but with the help of watching sex pictures/films on TV/VCR/Internet, the age of consent has been lowered a few years. In other words, a 13 yr old boy is as mature as a 16 yr old boy 10-20 years ago, and so on... so I think the west should bring down the minimum age for a child/adult. It sounds like she and you have gotten together more than once and that you both want it. I would say that the only things that could be wrong with it would be if she was (a) your close relative, teacher, doctor, coach or someone else in a position of authority over you, (b) making you uncomfortable by how often she tries to play with you or if she wants to do more than you're ready for. Or, if either of you blows it by telling ANYONE else about it.

You're right now involved in something that many (most?) men would have loved to have had when they were in their teens. If both of you are discreet about it, there's no reason why it can't continue and perhaps even escalate into intercourse at some time in the future. But, bear in mind that there's going to come a time when it'll have to stop - one or the other of you is going to wish to move on with his or her life. Just playing the devil's advocate, and not to excuse Imre's actions if they're true, but if the note on the bank statement is anything to go by, it doesn't sound like the boy was particularly coerced into having sexual relations with her. I mean, if he was seen by the daughter allegedly shaving the woman's genitals, that doesn't sound to me like something he was especially forced into doing.
