As far as we know they don't have the missile mentioned below developed yet. The worrysome part of this is their combination of their continued nuclear research, this long range missile development and their continued stalling for as long as they can because the UN, IAEA, Europe and the US will not put our foot down on this until something catastrophic happens. Do we not learn? Do we have to have a catastrophe happen before we do anything?

While it's not quite that easy to just slap together the two together it is a worrisome development.
