Tammy Jean Warner, 42, is accused of negligent homicide in the death of her husband Michael Warner, 58, who died with an alcohol level of 0.47%. Michael Warner, a long time alcoholic, could no longer drink due to a throat condition. Mrs. Warner is accused of causing his death by giving Mr. Warner a 3-liter sherry enema in order for him to get intoxicated. He was later found dead in his bed.
Houston Chronicle
Tammy Jean Warner, 42, was indicted on a charge of negligent homicide. She is also charged with burning the will of her late husband, Michael Warner, a month before his death in May.

"I heard of this kind of thing in mortuary school in 1970, but this is the first time I've ever heard of someone actually doing it," [Lake Jackson Police detective Robert Turner] said.
Turner said police think she gave him at least two large bottles of sherry, which is stronger than wine, in the enema on May 21. "We're not talking about little bottles here," Turner said, "These were at least 1.5 liter bottles."
Tammy Warner surrendered to Lake Jackson police Monday and was released on $30,000 bond.
The strange part of the story, other than putting sherry up someone's ass, is that she burned his will a month before his death.

So you say that it isn't your fault, but then why do the articles say that you openly admitted to destroying the will. What was the intent and purpose of this? Unless you had intended on killing this poor man, why would you destroy his will? Any comments regarding this part of the article. As I noticed that you didn't address this portion of the article.
