The Indians kind of have a point; albeit a moot one. But the Mexicans can shut the heck up. Complaining that "The Anglos" stole part of their country is like stealing a car, getting carjacked and then calling the cops. As the kids today are so fond of saying; "n***ah please!"

The simple fact is; modern day Mexicans are descended from European conquerors, just like their Norteamericano cousins above the Rio Grande. The only significant differences between the Mexicans and the Americans is language and the fact that Mexicans tend to tan better.

Yes, it's true that Europeans stole this continent from it's indigenous people. Europeans have been doing that sort of thing for thousands of years, beginning with the time they stole Europe from the Neanderthals. Heck, if you want to get technical; it's those damn Africans that have been stealing land for the last hundred thousand years or so!

Now matter how you slice it, there is NOBODY alive today that participated in the activities the monument is complaining about. This is the situation we ALL inherited. So now we have a choice; we can p*ss & moan about it, or we can make the best of the cards we have been dealt and move ON. You know... be PROGRESSIVE...?

Its really about the monument, and the sick stuff they printed on it. Thats all. If you start talking about history, you are just opening up an arguement when there is none.

The fact that it was done with taxpayer money, under the guise of it being cultural poetry, is a 10x multiplier of the sickness level. It makes it all the more infuriating.

We will be there on the 4th of July if this sickening insult to America is not removed prior to that. It it has to be just me, my family, and my BBQ grillin the Mexican flag, then so be it. If you live within a couple of hours driving distance and do not show up...then zip your armchair activist blow hole and post no more...your a joke, and we are useless if we dont do something on this one.

I'm not the one who erected the monument, nor am I the one who chose to inscribe that nonsense on it. Whatever problem you have with those who DID, I suggest you explain it to THEM instead of taking it out on me, just because I made some observations regarding the humor of one set of European conquerors complaining about another set of of European conquerors stealing their stolen land.

How many illegal Americans are in Mexico getting Mexican tax money?(TRY NONE) US tax money should only go to US citizens.
