I wonder if I was setup on this poll or not. 43% gave him a 1. I find that hard to believe. You don't think anything he's done is worth even 1 point? On the flipside we have 23% giving him a 10. Can you honestly say you agree 100% with everything he has done? Even one disagreement would warrant a 9.
