Well we made it to New York in one piece after our 12 day journey across the US. Man, this country is huge. We added 4,850 miles to the car as we took a southern route through Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Alabama, Florida and up through South Carolina and it's northern cousin. I'm sure I forgot a few states above. We also hit DC and finally arrived up here.
I'll have limited access to the internet for awhile while we get set up, but figured I'd drop by and leave a little note.
Welcome to the east, Digger...it's not as bad as they make it sound...lol, what could be?

Rochester, isn't it? Just in time to vote for mayor...

Yeah, there's a string of "Vote Duffy" signs all along the neighborhood. I feel like I'm in California with all the Democrat supporters out here.

Not much of a choice if you don't want a dem. The republican, (attorney) John Parinello, is taking time from his thriving practice of defending child molesters and murderers (the latest killed his wife and one of his very young daughters...the 4 year old daughter had the audacity to survive his vicious knife attack). This guy's a nutjob...Parinello, I mean. He's done a few radio appearances and he's scary.
