So I was playing around with the settings a day or so ago and just setting the front page days to display for entries to only 3 because of my large photo's on my Cross Country 2005 entries. They were making the front page load too slow.

So I set it to 3 days, from 4 days, and saved the settings. That's the only thing I changed. Then I did a full rebuild when I switched to Yahoo! Publishers Network a few days ago.

Turns out Movabletype felt it wanted to develop a mind of its own and set all my archive settings to pathnames that it chose at random and rebuilt everything in the wrong place. I noticed it this morning when I checked the stats at Yahoo! and they seemed awfully low and my Google Adsense stats were about where they normally are.

So after looking around I saw the fuck up and was a little pissed. I went in and fixed it and it's rebuilding now, but wtf man?

Everything should be getting back to normal. Most people wouldn't have noticed a difference since they would have been going to the old archive pages that still existed, just seeing Google ads instead of the Yahoo! ones since they hadn't been rebuilt. I'm guessing people who tracked back to recent entries (maybe like 2 people) are probably pointing at the wrong page now. Oh well.
