It seems like 2005 wasn't a very good year for the majority of you. 32% of you moved ahead a bit though. I wonder what the reasons for the drop in income was for most people?

I actually earn less take home pay than I did four years ago. The reasons why are no pay raises, and steadily-increasing health care premiums.
I would switch employers if compensation wasn't determined solely by seniority.
