I just watched the Flight 93 movie on A&E. While I was concerned it would be a cheesy exploitation of those heroes of 9/11 it was nothing of the kind. The movie had a reverence to it and it was the quickest two hours of TV I have watched in a long time as the movie sucked me in.
If you get the chance to catch it, I highly recommend you do, as it will remind you of the hateful terrorism we face and the courage we must show. When faced with a knife do you sit there and allow them to kill you or do you face the cuts in an attempt to save yourself and others?
Those on Flight 93 chose the latter and while they ended up sacrificing their lives in the end, we should all remember that it is just as important today to face the cuts in the form of the War on Terror than it is to sit back and allow the terrorists to control our future.
