When someone doesn't do their job -- unless they're a teacher or government employee -- they're fired. Even in some cases if you're a government employee you get fired for being a total screw up.
When you're as incompetent as President Bush in appointing people and ensuring that your requirement to "defend the nation against enemies both foreign and domestic", the question that comes to your mind is "Should President Bush be fired?".
Well quite simply, yes.
He should be fired for his ineptness and total lack of action on a requirement of his position. We're talking about the President here though and firing him is not an easy task. The standards for firing him are much higher than a normal employee faces in the real world.
La Shawn Barber -- a person on the right and major supporter of Bush for those of you not in the know -- is now laying down the gauntlet and posing the question. I myself am a fiscal conservative and voted for Bush both times. I particularly don't give a crap whether the President is on the left or right, if they're not doing their job and actually working against America, then they should be thrown out on their ass.
Here's what La Shawn has to say.
I believe George Bush’s failure to enforce immigration law and stop the foreign invasion, which he has the power and authority to do, warrants impeachment. Because of Bush, illegal invaders are emboldened, demanding that which they have no legal right to obtain.
While the invasion has caused incalculable physical and economic harm to legal citizens, the president proposes to offer amnesty and allow the harm to continue. To the detriment of those he swore to protect, Bush chooses instead to protect those he has no duty to protect. His actions are in violation of the Constitution.
So what do you think? Politics aside, do you think President Bush's incompetence in enforcing the laws already on the books regarding immigration is grounds for impeachment?

We definitely agree with comments by: La Shawn Barber, that she said:

ANSWER: YES!
President Bush's failure and incompetence in enforcing our laws and policies are grounds for impeachment!
We never thought we'd ever say that again; however, as former conservative Republican and Democrats, who voted for President GWB, we feel that he has betrayed the Constitution and the People by NOT DEFENDING OUR BORDERS FROM FOES WITHIN our country!
He may have been concentrating too hard on enemies and foes outside the country; however, that is NO reason to betray us and buddy up to President Fox and Mexico and let them take over our country!
And for the Border Patrol to tell Mexico where our Minutemen are is a complete outrage and such a traitorous act to tell a foreign country about our own fellow American citizens who are trying to enforce the laws and keep our borders safer since the Government is failing to do so, is so preposterous it is crazy! Words fail to come to mind! Nothing can describe the outrage and disgust we feel.
We are sick about it. We just can't stand it anymore! Our lives, and our children's lives and our friends and relatives and co-workers are all having a difficult time because of the failed immigration policies and the failed control of our borders to intruders!
We have helped so many LEGAL immigrants become citizens thorugh the years it is such a shame to have ILLEGAL law breakers be rewarded and pandered to. Shame on Bush! Shame on Congress!
We must act now this week before it is too late! President Bush and Congress are betraying the American people now! We must yell STOP! NOW!
