That's right... not just dead,
FUCKING DEAD!
I've been away from the news today so I just heard about it, but let me tell you I let out a shout of elation. My wife came running "What? What?". "He's FUCKING DEAD! Finally that fucker's dead!"
Maybe now I can close out my Abu Musab Al Zarqawi category and those who died at his hand have now been just a little vindicated. He died with 7 of his aides.
Put a dagger in the heart of the terrorists in Iraq, because we're coming for you little fuckers and we won't stop until you're all FUCKING DEAD!
FOX News
Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, the Al Qaeda in Iraq leader who led a brutal insurgency that included homicide bombings, kidnappings and beheadings, was killed in an airstrike on a building north of Baghdad, U.S. and Iraqi officials announced Thursday.
Officials said the terror leader's identity was confirmed by fingerprints, facial recognition and known scars.
Iraqi Prime Minister Nouri Al-Maliki said Zarqawi was killed along with seven aides Wednesday evening at around 6:15 p.m. local time in a bombing raid on a building in a remote area 30 miles northeast of Baghdad in Diyala province.
Loud applause broke out at a press conference in Baghdad as Al-Maliki, flanked by U.S. Ambassador Zalmay Khalilzad and U.S. Gen. George Casey, the top commander in Iraq, announced that "Zarqawi was terminated."

Chad at In The Bullpen has some good thoughts, as always.
The dead included a woman and a child, and two others still to be identified.
Was the child also a Zarqawi aide?
I think it is very likely true that the US military has killed more civilians in Iraq than the insurgents. And I think any intellectually honest person -- does this subset of humanity include you? -- should be willing to admit there is room for doubt about how much of a threat Iraq posed to the US, i.e. whether the invasion and its aftermath that caused those deaths was a necessary or even reasonable next step in the so-called 'War on Terror'.
And if success in that war, e.g. in Afghanistan and Iraq, depends on killing all the "terrorists", then I think it doubtful the war will ever be won -- there will likely be a never-ending supply...

This is much better than the lberal media is making out.
1. We killed the smartest, most effective terrorist in Iraq and maybe the world.
2. We also found 15 of his other safe houses. That will lead to hundreds of other raids on other terrorists. This may smash the back of effective terrorism in Iraq.
3. Zarqawi may have taken secret bank account numbers with him. This could cut of a lot of funding for the terrorists.
4. Finally, the terrorists hero has been smashed. Every one of these criminals are wondering when their home will be turned into a crater. LOL
This is very good news.
