Federal Judge James Munley has extended his injunction to 120 days against Hazleton, Pennsylvania enforcing its Illegal Immigration Relief Act and the Landlords Tenant Registration Act, which cracks down on employers who hire illegal aliens and landlords who rent to them.
Judge Munley had put a temporary injunction on Hazleton which would have expired today.

A federal judge who temporarily blocked the city of Hazleton from enforcing a crackdown on illegal immigrants extended the order Monday for up to 120 days.
U.S. District Judge James Munley, whose temporary restraining order was due to expire Nov. 14, extended it to give each side time to prepare for a trial on the constitutionality of the laws.
I guess nobody can accuse the Feds of not doing anything about illegal immigration now... since they actively work to ensure it continues.
