Escondido, California passed a similar law to Hazleton, Pennsylvania which would fine landlords who rent to illegal aliens. Now exactly like Hazleton a Federal Judge, John A. Houston, has decided to override the will of a town and put a temporary "restraining order" on Escondido from enforcing the law which was set to go into effect Friday.
San Diego Union-Tribune
U.S. District Judge John A. Houston said the city cannot enforce the law, scheduled to go into effect Friday, for 90 to 120 days, at which time an injunction hearing will be held.
Houston criticized the city on numerous legal points, saying he had “serious concerns” about the law’s constitutionality.
Are these Federal Judges bought and paid for by the Mexican illegal alien lobbying groups or what?
people against immigration can go to hell why because this ain't even their land in their first place that's why its called UNITED STATES, WHICH MEAN EVERYBODY TOGETHER.They can try to pass as many laws as they can to get illegals out of this country but is never gonna work out there's to many illegals in these country and to much money to waste on even trying to do it.So this should let them know go ahead and waste your time and money because at the end whoever made the laws end up losing.
