Congressman
Bennie Thompson sent a letter to Cintas Corp, the nations largest uniform maker, that it faces charges if it fires any of its 32,000 workers for using fraudulent Social Security documents to obtain employment. As we all know illegal aliens routinely use fraudulent documents to obtain employment. Now we have Bennie Thompson threatening a US employer if they crack down on illegal aliens and other felons using fraudulent documents.
Cintas has issued warnings to 400 employees that they need to correct the problem within 60 days or face termination. I think this is more than fair, because if you are a legitimate worker who somehow had a mistake made on your hiring forms, 60 days is plenty of times to show up and correct the issue. Of course if you're a felonious fraudster, then this is not good for you, but it shouldn't be!

Rep. Bennie Thompson said in a letter to Cintas Corp. it could be charged with "illegal activities in violation of state and federal law" if any of its 32,000 employees are terminated because they gave incorrect Social Security numbers to be hired.
"I am deeply troubled by Cintas' recent policy change regarding the Social Security Administration's 'no match' letters," Mr. Thompson said in the Nov. 2 letter. "It is my understanding that hundreds of Cintas' immigrant workers have received these letters. I am extremely concerned about any potentially discriminatory actions targeting this community."
...
Mr. Thompson called the "no-match" letters a threat to workers who fail to reverify their information and called Cintas' actions a "rash enactment of a proposed DHS regulation." He said that by implementing "this incomplete regulation," Cintas could be in violation of federal immigration law.
...
Cintas has issued letters to 400 employees in five states telling them they will be indefinitely suspended if they cannot resolve their mismatched Social Security number within 60 days.
Representative Bennie Thompson is a Democrat from Mississippi and is set to become the chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee.
So who is Bennie Thompson? Well checking over at Immigration Stance we find the following facts on Bennie Thompson, who has one of the worst records in Congress regarding immigration. He opposes border security and interior enforcement, voted in favor of amnesty, in-state tuition, health care, welfare and other social services for illegal aliens. In addition he's in favor of the visa lottery, increased chain migration and increases in the fraud ridden asylum and refugee system.
So is it really a surprise that this "representative of the people" would threaten a company for trying to abide by the law when it opposes his view of America as the dumping ground for illegal aliens?
This is just what we need, another Homeland Security "leader" refusing to enforce the law. Don't we have enough of these already?

A petition re: illegal aliens and social security was sent to me by a friend, urging that this right to social security payment be disallowed to them. I have two questions: 1) Are they legally able to get a Social Security Card? 2) If they have a legitimate Social Security Card then what stands in the way of their receiving Social Security compensation?
If they have a fradulant card, then there is no question but that they be denied any rights connected with this. I am just wondering about the legitimacy of illegal aliens having a legitimate Social Security card.
Thank you for your answer.
Sincerely,
