This is just awful news... I am saddened that Kiran is leaving. This is a true loss for Fox.

I heard that Kiran was let go because her agent gave FOX a new contract that requested FOX fire Gretchen Carlson so she could have the spot on FOX & Friends that she felt she was due. My husband and I always liked her, but my hubby commented several times that she seemed hungry for attention with the power tools, skates, dancing...however, she could be in the lime light. It appears my hubby was right and that just might have cost her her job at FOX. Her husband Chris Knowles is still on FOX!

I did indeed see Kiran on CNN and sadly, that love of life, that spark she had is gone. I hope its not because she and her agent demanded the M-F F&F spot and have Gretchen fired. If its because she had an idiot agent that cost her her job then my respect for her will remain.

Thanks for the news. I wondered where she was. I really like her and I think it is a shame. Fox will be sorry. But for her to jump to CNN is not a good move for her. She's bright, funny, and beautiful. When you leave Fox where do you go? It's all downhill from there.

It is a very sad day for Fox.... Kiran was the life of F&F now there is a huge void!! She should have taken E.D. Hills place to start with!!! Gretchen is not appealing.... I do not bother to get up at 5:00 am to even watch the show and will not be watching the weekend either!!! I guess you will be firing Chris Knowles next!! Another bad move. Very disappointed in Fox. Shit. Kiren was one of the best things left at Fox....Guess the original Fox and Friends is now a thing of the past. Somebody at Fox needs to retrieve their head outta their butt and reconnect with viewers. I never watch--even if Kiren graces that channel.

I miss Kiren already! And Courtney? Her seat filler? She (can not be call a replacement)....needs to go! I shut off Saturday's show and went for a walk, it was too painful.

The real Kiran Chetry has finally been revealed! Many have written of Kiran's dirty tactics to get what she wants at FNC, and this latest incident has been broadcast for all to see!

I hate to tell Kiran this, but she won't be able to push around the bigs at CNN. She's just a little fish in a big ocean over there at CNN, and when her credentials are put up against most of the others who work there, they will realize what a big mistake they made in hiring her. I'll bet that some of the women anchors there at CNN aren't sleeping quite as soundly as they did before Chetry came on the scene. They're probably worried that she will try to push them out of their rightful jobs. It's too bad that some people have to resort to being a b*tch.

A friend of mine showed me an old videotape of Kiran on one of the Fox and Friends broadcasts from back in October, 2006, and the footage is really interesting. On this particular show, Kiran was expressing outrage at CNN's decision to air a videotape of terrorists shooting and killing a US soldier in Iraq. She said that Fox would never have aired such a thing. Kiran, Kelly and Alisyn then commented on the outrage of the American people, with Kiran interjecting "well, I don't know if the viewers of Anderson Cooper 360 were outraged". Later on, Kiran used the word "disturbing" to describe CNN's decision to show the terrorist video. So, Kiran went from being outraged about CNN's judgement in showing this tape to "CNN is the gold standard when it comes to journalism". Does she now consider this disgusting tape to be a part of that "gold standard" she now refers to?

Notice that Kiran now looks matronly on CNN. She hasnt been the same on Fox since she came back from maternity leave. A pretty girl, but you know, no matter how good looking a woman may be, there is someone somewhere that has gotten tired of putting up with her shit.

I was with F&F from the beginning and counted myself fortunate to have F&F to view. Unfortunately, they have become a cookie cutter news tabloid. As well they are losing their best TV personalities while keeping the silly ones like Brain and Steve. I especially miss Kiren and Chris as they were the main reason I stayed with Fox. Past tense!
