Yes, please look into the police taking their vehicles home. Perhaps you might find out that quite often, police are required to take their units home. This may be K-9 units, as an example, as the dogs go with the officers to home locations. Other times a vehicle is signed out to go out of the city for a task, the officer is closer to home at the end of his shift, and stays overnight. Some cities check the car out to the officer for his personal car also. Get a clue.

The time is near when Americans will start waking up and say enough is enough. It's hard to believe that I grew up in Maywood. Us kids played outside until after dark. Your neighbors all knew each other. There were Whites, Mexican-Americans, Cubans, Blacks; all working class, blue collar folks.

Nobody had money but all the neighbors and kids played together and enjoyed the simple things of life. No TV or portable radios, only 78 records and windup phonographs. I went to Lindbergh elementary then Loma Vista,Carmelita and finally Bell High School, after which most all of the boys went off to World War II. My Mom lived in the same house I was born in until she died in 1966. I lived there until I took a job in San Diego in 1956. I was last in Maywood about 4 years ago and we had a nice visit with the young legal Mexican family who now own my old house. They have made a lot of improvements and have definitely assimilated. If you do some research on immigration and citizenship you'll learn that there are certain rules and doctrines pertaining to each country for gaining citizenship due to the status and details of the country of origin. The report said that there were people from 180 different special countries. Special countries is government terminology for known/active terrorst countries. That does not mean the those particular people are bad people. Most countries in Europe have it way much easier than people from most countries South of us when it comes to gaining citizenship. It's a known and proven fact. That should answer your question as to why some immigrants from around the world enter legally and others don't. Look at where there from. And then look at the reasons why they come. For many of these people, violence has always been a part of their lives since the day they were born whether they be directly involved in the violence commited or it be something that they've witnessed on a daily basis. Iraq if the perfect example of this. The reason that i mention different situations is because of the fact that there are multiple experiences that cause every human being to make the choices they do. If comming to a free country to take care of their families makes them criminals then so be it. It's better to be loved for what you are, then to be loved for what you are not. As far as going to third world countries, I have been to many. I feel their plight. I also feel that we cannot solve their problems by allowing them into our country. Your argument should be that they need to stand up and take back their country and turn it into a beacon of freedom, not that they should decide instead to break the law and affect other countries.
