Led by a bunch of Hispanic extremists, thousands of illegal aliens and their supporters marched through the streets of Los Angeles this weekend decrying President Bush's proposed amnesty saying it costs too much. That's right, they want a low cost or free amnesty for breaking our laws, not an expensive one. They also most definitely don't want to have to leave the United States for at least 24 hours before they return and receive their amnesty.
Don't let the staged American flags fool you, these people could care less about America. They don't want to assimilate, they don't want to learn the language and customs of this country, they certainly don't want to obey American laws and they definitely don't want to defend the United States from foreign invaders as that is what they are.
Talk about a bunch of spoiled lawbreakers. See this is what you get when you don't enforce the laws for decades. You end up with a bunch of criminals who think they have rights and are entitled to continue breaking the law, even being bold enough to walk down city streets declaring their criminality openly.
As Dan at Riehl World View puts it
Once, again, thousands of criminals were allowed to roam the streets without being seriously confronted. The pathetic government we have in place today apparently can't figure out how to pull up a van, break out the nightsticks and plop these criminals into a holding tank until we can ship them home.
You can guarantee that those marching are either illegal aliens or married or related to illegal aliens or are simply Hispanic racists, because Hispanics that come to this country legally really have no reason to complain. Illegal aliens drive down legal immigrants wages, cost them and their communities tax dollars and legal immigrants have no worries regarding receiving this special "Z" visa that President Bush has proposed for these illegal aliens because they already have legitimate documents.
These marches have nothing to do with immigration and everything to do with breaking laws and getting away with it. Remember, these people don't have a right to demand anything. They don't have a right to vote.
Also keep in mind that every employed illegal alien that marched through LA's streets either is not paying taxes because they work "under the table" or are using fraudulent documents. These "poor" illegal aliens committing identity fraud are costing some poor US citizen or legal immigrant a huge amount of headaches when they receive notice from the IRS that they made much more income under their SSN last year than they reported on their tax forms. Must be nice to march through the streets and thumb your nose at everyone you've screwed over.

Carrying signs saying "Amnesty Now!" and "Love Thy Neighbor, Don't Deport Him," about 15,000 people danced to Mexican ranchera music, chanted "Si, se puede!" or "It can be done!" and passed large American flags over the crowd.
Many were angry about a White House plan that would grant illegal immigrants work visas but require them to return home to apply for U.S. residency and pay a $10,000 fine.
"Charging that much, Bush is going to be even more expensive than the coyotes," said protester Armando Garcia, 50, referring to smugglers who transport people across the Mexican border.
Immigrant rights advocates say many of the area's illegal immigrants feel betrayed by President Bush, who they had long considered an ally.
Anyone with a brain can see that President Bush is a friend of the illegal aliens in this country. The only reason there is an increased fine is to try and placate the American public, which in almost every legitimate poll finds that 80%+ are against illegal immigration, amnesty and any "pathways to citizenship". In the end though an amnesty is an amnesty, whether it is free or costs $100,000.
It really is simply incredible that this is allowed to happen. Ridiculous, but incredible.
