Wow what a surprise, Senators who have been working on the Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act Of 2007 (S.9) want to hide it until the last minute just like last year. The bill that passed in the Senate last year was not distributed in time for Senators to actually review it before voting. Only later did many discover the little hidden items like amnesty not only for illegal aliens, but amnesty also for the businesses that hired them and that it would give amnesty to 10 million illegal aliens, 25% which would be fraudulent.
Most of them also didn't realize that if the bill passed legal immigration would go from 19 million in the next 20 years under the current laws to 103 million. In other words our population would grow by 33% just in immigrants alone over the next 20 years.
They didn't realize this because they didn't have time to review the bill and the same tricks are being played again. Now several Senators have sent a letter to Harry Reid asking for at least a week (yes a whole week!) to review a massive bill that is sure to come (last years was over 600 pages).
Floor debate is expected to start in mid May.

A group of conservative Republicans has sent a letter to Sen. Harry Reid, asking the majority leader to let Americans see what's in the Democrats' immigration reform bill before it comes up for debate and a vote.

"Due to the seriousness and complexity of the issue, we ask that you make any comprehensive immigration reform legislation publicly available online at least one week prior to moving it on the Senate floor."
The letter is signed by 15 Republican senators.
The only reason you'd not release something until the last minute is because you are trying to hide something from both the Senators and the American people. There is simply no other reason to leave it under a black cloak only to pull that cloak away for a quick vote.
Nobody should trust people that use tactics like this because obviously the American people are not in their thoughts. If they really cared they would take the time to review it in detail with Americans that had questions on such a massive, nation changing bill.

If this amnesty legislation is passed in violation of constitutional guarantees to protect us from invasion and to assure a republican form of government, then we have no democracy. We will be assured our country has been taken over by totalitarian elitists who will destroy our sovereignty.
They have violated our rights of freedom and to be secure in our homes. They have violated the rights of our nation to be independent of foreign control. They have demonstrated their treasonous intent in everything they have done to support illegal alien invasion of our country.
They who propose or vote for any legislation except to enforce the laws we currently have and deport illegal alien invaders are participating in treasonous behavior. They are aiding and abetting enemies of America.
Those who do that will have the blood of American citizen victims on their hands. They will also have to stand responsible for the wrath of American patriots who have every right to fight for their country and prevent this disaster euphemistically called amnesty.
Every one needs to let their elected officials know there are dire consequences for betraying America and its citizens. They will be held accountable at some point in the future either by electoral or other means.
