On May 1,2007 there was a mini-riot put on by Anarchists, Communists and other thugs present at the illegal alien marches in MacArthur Park in Los Angeles.
After that the Mayor of Los Angeles, Antonio Villaraigosa, and Chief of Police, William Bratton, quickly came out against the Los Angeles Police Department and on the side of the rioters. These condemnations of the LAPD came out before much of any investigation even occurred. Things such as this video which shows that people didn't disperse when asked to. The rioters made ridiculous claims of police brutality and the purposeful targeting of women and children after the groups refused to disperse after multiple warnings from the LAPD both by bullhorn and by helicopter.
Soon after sixty elite police officers were "reassigned", read punished, and removed from their front line duties. Other police officers spoke out candidly on what this meant for them when faced with similar incidents.
This brings up the question of whether Los Angeles is ready to blow or not? Will there be a full scale riot now that the LAPD has been effectively neutered and prevented from doing their jobs? Has this emboldened the rioters and made them believe that they can get away with anything they want to including gathering in large groups and refusing to disperse?
These are questions which William Gheen, President of ALIPAC, addresses in his latest article on what he calls "Lost Angeles".
Small fires quickly become big fires. Every child in America is taught this
and every public official and American citizen knows this. Every firefighter
and police officer knows this, as did the LAPD riot teams in MacArthur Park
on May 1.
...
Chief Bratton, Mayor Villaraigosa, and other illegal alien-pandering
politicians have now established several conditions for the Thin Blue Line,
which protects Lost Angeles from another major upheaval. Lest we forget the
Rodney King Riots of 1992 in which the rush to judgment and cries of racism
primed LA and other cities for major violence even though the accused
officers were exonerated in court.
LAPD officers know if they take riot-team action again to protect life and
property against crowds of illegal aliens, gang members, anarchists,
communists, and Aztlan Separatists, they will likely be putting their jobs
and careers at risk. Likely, LAPD officers will back down to the next
brewing mob on the streets of Lost Angeles.
When you tell law enforcement they will be punished for doing their jobs what message are you sending to police officers who may be in the position of facing the same situation again?
You are telling them not to do their jobs.
Go read the rest of the above article, it addresses much more than just the May Day riots, but also the drug cartels, illegal immigration and similarities between the French riots and the potential nationwide riots coming soon to this country.
