Below is a Lou Dobbs piece interviewing Judicial Watch on their lawsuit against the US government in the covering up of information related to Mexico's involvement in the prosecutions of Border Patrol Agents Ramos and Compean.
The government has refused to release information because it says that "We don't believe that there is sufficient public interest that outweighs privacy interests" of illegal alien drug smuggler Osvaldo Aldrete-Davilla. That's right, the US government is protecting the privacy rights of a drug smuggler over the rights of US citizens to a fair trial that is not influenced by foreign powers.
Basically, in the end, the US government is saying that Mexico and the drug smuggler's rights far outweigh those of our two law enforcement agents and that the public interest of the American people has no bearing.
Just one more outrageous statement by our government in this case of injustice.
The case is not expected to be resolved for several weeks to months
