Yep, when the aggressors make trouble they need to take into account the backlash they create, wrongfully, of their own people. The best way to stop illegal alien backlash is to stop coming here illegally.

* assists an alien s/he should reasonably know is illegally in the U.S. or who lacks employment authorization, by transporting, sheltering, or assisting him or her to obtain employment, or
* encourages that alien to remain in the U.S. by referring him or her to an employer or by acting as employer or agent for an employer in any way, or
* knowingly assists illegal aliens due to personal convictions.

Those who are Latino first and Americans second deserve to feel a little 'sting' from the backlash. Doubly so, when silently or even actively supporting illegal entry. Aiding and abetting? Absolutely.

As for illegal aliens, they have NO immigration status for the media to 'hide'. They should be clearly identified with every report. My Chinese friend's father never came here and he just died of cancer. My friend never saw his father for over 12 years. Personal reasons why he could not go see his father.
