(Dayton, Ohio) Deported in August 2007, a 23-year-old Mexican, Adrian Garcia-Garcia, returned to Ohio a month later and raped a 10-year-old girl.
On February 11, Garcia-Garcia pleaded guilty to rape and importuning a child under 13.
Yesterday, Montgomery County Common Pleas Court Judge A.J. Wagner sentenced Garcia-Garcia to life in prison.
So, would someone please tell me why I shouldn't just laugh when the government says that X thousands of illegal aliens were deported? Any number cited as deported is meaningless if they can just turn around and reenter the U.S.
Just imagine -- if the U.S. had a secure southern border, that little 10-year-old girl would not have been raped and the American taxpayer would not have to foot the bill to incarcerate Garcia-Garcia for Heaven knows how many years.
First, why doesn't the US bill Mexico for jail?
Second, this is an example of xenophobic hating Americans without compassion. It's hard for the girlfriends of these unfortunates to scale the wall. They should be given unfetered access to our daughters since the sex drive is natural and we are making it hard for them with our racist laws. They should be given instant citizenship (and their girlfriends, too) to make this stops happening.
You must be a bunch of evil hearted Republicans (except for Mexican senator McCain and presidente Boosh). He is the senator from a border state and knows how to seal the border (his words, he just doesn't want to, is all).

They can't help it. In their country, if a girl makes it to 13 without pregnancy, it is the duty of all men to make sure she is not over the hill.
A virgin 10 year old is simply an unfulfilled challenge. This dutiful citizen of Mexico was simply conducting practice to ensure a pregnancy by 13.

Does everyone know that the age of consent in Mexico to have SEX is 12?!? It's sickening; it's their "CULTURE." We have to rid the US of these illegal invaders. Please report all illegals and their employers to ICE: 1-866-347-2423 You may do so anonymously. PLEASE GET INVOLVED. If you just sit on the sidelines and complain, nothing will get done. Lobby your US and state senators and rep's and DEMAND that they support tough immigration laws. Check out: www.alipac.us, www.numbersusa.com, www.fairus.org
Alipac has an action and activists corner that shows current legislation in each state. Please check it out. It takes very little time to call them and makes a huge difference. We must get as many of these state laws passed asap because all three pres. candidates, Obama, Clinton and McAmnesty have ALL PLEDGED TO PUSH FOR AMNESTY FOR ILLEGALS!!!

Illegal entry of the US is a federal misdemeanor for the first offense carrying a possible 6 month imprisonment in addition to a fine. If illegal aliens are allowed to leave without prosecution and imprisonment, there is no economic disincentive for them to return. At the same time imprisoning them costs the US taxpayers additional funds. Would the appropriate approach be to seek a six month suspended jail sentence - suspended on condition that the alien not enter the US? If so, the sentence would automatically be imposed if the alien entered.
