One of the major problems with massive influxes of illegal aliens and those who don't want to assimilate into America is that they don't have a pride in their communities. They come, use the systems in place and continue living as they did in their home countries. They see nothing wrong for instance with dumping a dead dog or a rooster from a cockfight in an alley or throwing their used motor oil out somewhere on the street.
Rather than taking that old sofa to a disposal site, or having someone come pick it up, they save money by throwing it on the back of their truck and leaving it in some other neighborhood. See the video below.
WARNING: The video below has some pretty graphic scenes of dead animals.
I have reported many times before on illegal alien trash left throughout our lands as they cross the border. It is a major problem in our national parks. Below though is video from the LA Times on trash in neighborhoods in LA. Just discarded without a care and left as someone else's problem. No pride. No assimilation.
Now all of the sudden the Antonio Villaraigosa is concerned about this trash and illegal dumping and wants a report on it. Of course he probably doesn't really care, but as mayor he has to put on a show.
LA Times
Documenting the conditions in photographs and videos, The Times reported Monday that refuse — including dead animals — festered for weeks in some South Los Angeles alleys. At the same time, arrests for illegal dumping by investigators with the Department of Public Works, which is responsible for maintaining alleys, dropped from 359 in 2002 to just three so far this year. The officials blamed budget cuts for their inability to crack down on violators.

“We’re not arresting anybody,” said Councilwoman Janice Hahn, who represents Watts, where alleys are frequently illegal dumping sites. “We need some sting operations.”
