Since 2004 the Dallas Independent School District has been knowingly using fraudulent Social Security Numbers to import illegal alien teachers to teach bilingual education in it's school. Shocking I know, that pro-illegal alien education administrations are flaunting federal law. I reported in Feb 2006 that trustee Joe May actually wanted to make hiring illegal alien teachers an official policy of the district rather than hiding it. At the time it was also revealed that Joe May was the former two term President of the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC), a huge pro illegal alien group. This district has been corrupted with illegal alien proponents and below is the result, ignoring American laws and putting Americans at risk.

Years after being advised by a state agency to stop, the Dallas Independent School District continued to provide foreign citizens with fake Social Security numbers to get them on the payroll quickly.
Some of the numbers were real Social Security numbers already assigned to people elsewhere. And in some cases, the state's educator certification office unknowingly used the bogus numbers to run criminal background checks on the new hires, most of whom were brought in to teach bilingual classes.
So there's some poor American sucker out there being harassed by the IRS because last year they made a teacher's salary in Dallas when they've never actually lived there themselves. What could possibly go wrong with doing a criminal background check on an individual using a fake Social Security number? I mean it's not like a prior convicted pedophile may be put in charge of children or anything right?
There are just so many things wrong with this story on all levels. The outright fraud that is being knowingly perpetrated. The victimized Americans who will suffer due to the identity theft, the children who are being taught by unqualified teachers since there is no way to know if they are actually certified to teach the taxpayers who are paying for these teachers and the danger the kids are being put in by not knowing who these "teachers" are.
The practice was described in an internal report issued in September by the district's investigative office, which looked into the matter after receiving a tip. The report said the Texas Education Agency learned of the fake numbers in 2004 and told DISD then that the practice "was illegal."
It's unclear how long DISD had been issuing the phony numbers, and district officials didn't know Thursday how many had been given out. But the investigative report and interviews with DISD employees indicate the practice went on for several years...
It absolutely boggles the mind that this has continued since it was discovered in 2004. How many years prior to that had it been occurring?
Of course nobody will be held accountable or be sent to prison for any of these actions and if you think these are isolated incidents just take a moment to think logically. If this has been knowingly been going on for over half a decade imagine all the stuff going on that hasn't been discovered yet in all the sanctuary cities in this country.
The investigative report ... found "that the inappropriate procedure of assigning false SSNs has been systemic for several years" within DISD's alternative certification program, which prepares new teachers for state certification when they don't have traditional credentials.
The fake numbers were assigned as a stopgap to expedite the hiring process, the report says. The numbers were supposed to serve as temporary identification numbers until employees received real Social Security numbers. Once employees got the real numbers, they were supposed to tell district officials so the fake ones could be replaced.

when investigators reviewed a sampling of personnel files, they learned that the fake numbers were entered on Department of Homeland Security and IRS forms.
And now for the American victims they've identified so far...
... the district discovered that 26 of the false numbers were in use after matching DISD employee Social Security numbers with the Social Security Administration database. The numbers were already being used in Pennsylvania. DISD officials did not know Thursday whether the practice had caused problems for anyone holding the legitimate numbers.
