In the omnibus bill that is currently awaiting vote in the senate there are nearly 9,000 earmarks. Among those earmarks is one that tried to slip through unnoticed under the transportation and HUD portion of the bill. It earmarks $950,000 dollars for the National Council of La Raza. As most of you who read this site know I consider La Raza an outright racist organization who has in the past - and will continue to in the future - use taxpayer funds straight from your pocket to support only Hispanics in this country. In particular they focus on not just any Hispanic, but the illegal alien Hispanic.
La Raza should be scorned and every American should be outraged that their money is going to support a racist group. If there was a group that was receiving taxpayer money that only helped white Americans there would be outrage and marches in the street. Yet this continued use of taxpayer funds for only a group of one race continues to occur and nobody is saying anything. Well nobody except Congressman Steve King who now, I am proud to say, is calling La Raza out on its racist agenda. Something I've been doing for years.

An Iowa congressman says it's outrageous that nearly a million dollars of the proposed Omnibus spending bill would go to an organization that openly advocates illegal immigration.

Congressman Steve King (R-Iowa) says one of the earmarks in the Transportation HUD portion of the Omnibus bill allocates $950,000 to the National Council of La Raza for "capitalization of a revolving loan to be used for nationwide community development activities."
King says taxpayer dollars should not be going to that organization.
"La Raza stands for 'The Race' -- and they say so openly," the congressman notes. "They are a pro-Hispanic organization; I will call them a racist organization. They base their philosophy on race. They advocate for those minorities that fit within the category that they define as drives them."
In addition, says King, La Raza is a pro-amnesty group. "They are apologists for illegal immigrants -- and we are funding them with your tax dollars in this administration through earmarks," he points out. "It is outrageous. It's an in-your-face act on the part of this Congress."
America, a country where all are supposed to have an equal shot. America, where our tax dollars are supposed to be for all Americans. That is something that the racists at La Raza don't believe.

Not to worry, the messiah hisself said he will go through "line by line" to prevent earmarks. Who put this in the bill; Bawney Fwank, again? Quiet, he's hunting wabbits, huh huh huh huh. Why can't this congressperson be brought up on charges of violation of his oath?
