I read with interest your involvement of alleged civil rights violation in Maricopa County AZ. As a renowned civil rights leader a matter and concern to all who share the concept of equal treatment is apparent bribery and influence peddling of civil rights in the Justice Department (DOJ), outlined in a letter to Sen. Harry Reid, March 29, 2009.

I’ve enclosed a letter to the U.S. Attorney General and supporting documents of a civil rights agency that knowingly provided misleading information to trick or possibly lied to the Integrity Committee (IC). The IC letter suggests the discretion to open an investigation falls within the jurisdiction of the Inspector General is patently untrue.

There is no mention of the ethics official, the Assistant Legal Counsel to follow procedure or regulation of public service. The few bad apples in a civil rights agency that some may say have a sickness or disdain to be fair and impartial. How can anyone expect equal treatment by ne’er-do-wells who appear to be in public service for private gain?

Your comment and proposed action to ensure the public, the taxpayers’, of trust and confidence in the federal government to treat all equally under the law? Government cannot operate efficiently when discrimination and corruption is tolerated, correct?
