William Gheen of Americans for Legal Immigration PAC was a guest on the Lou Dobbs Radio Show November 30, 2009. He challenged Lou Dobbs on his recent statements to Telemundo that he would be in favor of legalizing illegal aliens under "certain conditions".
I found Dobbs's comments to Telemundo concerning, but didn't want to jump the gun until I could hear all of Lou's clarification. In the interview below you will hear that there is no clarification. Dobbs is for legalizing illegal aliens "after we secure the border". This type of statement is typical of a politician, but I never expected it from Dobbs. This is the same propaganda that the likes of John McCain has been and continues to push.
We already have immigration laws on the books. If you are here illegally, you are deported. If you hire illegals you are fined and jailed. That is what the law states. We don't need further laws, we need the current ones enforced.
Anytime you hear someone say that we need a new immigration bill all they are trying to do is water down the current laws on the books. Do not believe a word they say. There is nothing wrong with our laws, there is a serious problem with our "leaders" at the political level and law enforcement level in this country. One of those problems is that law enforcement leaders are more politicians than they are law enforcement and they should be thrown out on their asses if they refuse to enforce the law.
As for Lou, I cannot support someone who decides they do not want to stick to what is the law, what is right for the American people first (not immigrants, legal or illegal). Apparently being Mr. Independent means that you can try to claim lawbreaking is fine if it is for the "humane" reasons of the illegal alien, however it is perfectly "humane" for the American people to be victimized physically and monetarily by these same burdens that they place on our country.
There is nothing "humane" in burdening American children with debt, of which illegal aliens contribute greatly to through education, health care and infrastructure collapse. There is nothing "humane" in burdening American children with not having a seat in college because an illegal alien or their child takes that seat with taxpayer funded grants. It is an outrage and people like Dobbs are being wishy-washy with their bleeding heart sentiments.
As for Gheen, he did an outstanding job! I salute him and there is no way I could have done better in stating the American people's wishes on this issue. It's a "must listen to" show.

Maybe if Lou Dobbs had to live one day in the shoes of an average American, one who had lost his job because of illegal aliens and now has no more unemployment to draw from and very few if any opportunities for employment.... one whose children have been overlooked for college while illegals were given a free ride, one who was told that he had to learn Spanish in order to be hired IN HIS OWN COUNTRY, maybe he'd change his mind! Maybe Dobbs would understand the plight of Americans who are in need with no help in sight but an illegal alien can get housing, welfare and more. An illegal over 65 can sneak into this country and get social security plus housing which an American citizen can not. So Dobbs, who should we be crying for now. Our families, our children and grandchildren who will, if this travesty continues, be looked upon as second class citizens when it was their families who built this country, NOT ILLEGAL ALIENS! They continually drain our resources to the point where the U.S. will become a third world country, overrun with crime, corruption and graft. But apparently Dobbs has been blinded to the truth and now follows, robotically, the B.O.trail to destruction.
