Illegal alien Ingmar Guandique has been found guilty of first-degree murder of intern Chandra Levy 9 years after her death. Everyone is talking about the Gary Condit connection and how it destroyed his career due to over-hype of a conspiracy theory that hung around his neck for years that he somehow had something to do with her death.

This case is symbolic of what we face in this country as a whole. In the first case, the absolute absurdity of America to run off on conspiracy theories that have no basis in fact rather than looking at the most obvious causes of events and tragedies; and second that illegal aliens are being allowed to run unabated throughout our country on the basis that they are just here looking for work when victims are being left in their wake en masse. They leave behind them murder victims like Levy to identity theft victims who take a decade to try to clear their financial devastation up.

Guandique is a disgusting man and one who should be put to death immediately. Instead he will be given a life that is arguably much better than the one he would face in his home country. A life sentence behind bars gives Guandique 3 meals a day, medical care, TV privileges, entertainment and access to college education that many Americans cannot afford. All of this fully paid for by the US taxpayers. In essence Guandique is getting behind bars what many illegal aliens in this country currently enjoy - a full paid for stay in our country with no chance of being found and deported and no consequences. The only difference is he won't have the choice to go and kill anymore taxpayer victims.

The question that continues to bug me - and I really don't have an answer to - is borne out in this case. Here you have an illegal alien who viciously murdered an American of Jewish descent. Yet, polls have shown that the Jewish community, by a wide margin, supports unfettered illegal immigration. You've heard all of the stories put out by La Raza on how the "Hispanic community" supports illegal immigration as a whole (which it doesn't), but back in May of 2006 there was a disturbing finding in polls that made me have to ask the question of why Jews support illegal immigration and stated factually that Jews Are Radically Pro Amnesty And Pro Illegal Alien. But we are not allowed to question Jews otherwise we are an anti-smite who hates them correct? Well, I refuse to bow to that asinine line of argument. The facts are the facts and it has nothing to do with me being an anti-Semite (we're all Americans). I have no idea why Jews support illegal aliens; I'm sure some racists our there have their own conclusions, but I have none. I am just presenting what I've found. Take a look at the poll results in that link above - I was dumbfounded.

In that study it was found that the Jewish community thought either our current immigration levels were fine or needed to be increased. It also found that half thought our attempts to reduce or end illegal immigration was a bad idea. These results were more than Hispanics who were asked the same question, and dramatically higher than a generic polling of all Americans.

I'm wondering now if the Jewish community still thinks that undeterred illegal immigration is a good thing with the Levy case finding an illegal alien guilty of her murder. It shouldn't take the death of someone of your race, ethnicity or religion to wake people up, but with the Levy murder I'm wondering if this will be the case. Maybe some American Jews who answered in 2006 that they thought illegal immigration was so great, might change their tune after this case. It would be sad that it took the death of a young woman to make that case if it indeed does so, but sometimes the saddest things wake people up to the truth. It is a travesty, but some people will not wake up until someone like them, or that they know, dies in a horrible way and in a manner that could have been prevented.

Truly no American is safe in this country. I believe that 1/10th of the country is illegal aliens - 30 million, not the 12-20 million the pro-illegal groups have been shoving at us for the past 2 decades as if the number hasn't increased. With one in ten people being an illegal alien, where no one knows who they are, where they came from or their criminal intentions - how can anyone be truly safe.

All illegal aliens are indeed criminals. They simply could not survive in this country unless they knowingly break the law time and time again. From hopping the border to overstaying a visa to committing a federal felony by buying fraudulent identity to work in this country to opening an illegal bank account, illegal aliens across this country are as a whole are a criminal element. All of those things I mentioned are not extreme, they are committed by virtually every illegal alien.... 30 million of them.

Only time will tell how many of these illegal aliens will take it to the level of Ingmar Guandique. While his case is the latest high profile illegal alien killing, killings just like Chandra Levy's are occurring on a daily basis throughout this country they just don't get the attention of this case.
